Dubai World Cup 2023, held at the extravagant Meydan Racecourse in Dubai, is one of the most prestigious flat racing meetings for the thoroughbred horses.
The 2023 running of the $30.5 million Dubai World Cup race meeting will take place on Saturday, March 25, and a range of tickets are now on sale.
About Dubai World Cup
The Dubai World Cup is a Group 1 race held at Meydan Racecourse in Dubai each year. It has become the world’s richest horse race with a purse of $12 million. The event was launched by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in 1996 at Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, but has been held at Meydan Racecourse since 2006.
The race is being staged for the 27th time in 2023. The first race of the 2022-2023 race season will kick off on Friday November 4, which will be first of 21 fixtures leading up to the Dubai World Cup in March 2023.
The 2023 edition of the Dubai World Cup will be held on Saturday March 25, which is during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Nine races will be held throughout the day, and horses and their trainers will travel from all over the world to compete.
Past equine winners include Arrogate, Cigar, Curlin, and Dubai Millennium.

The Apron Views tickets cost Dh 295. Apron Views is the home of the renowned Style Stakes, where participants in the fashion competition have the opportunity to win amazing prizes across a variety of categories. It is the vibrant village that is packed with entertainment and competitions.
Additionally, there are a plenty of hospitality options offering elevated views of the racetrack. Given that it will be Ramadan, a special Iftar package in the stunning Sky Bubble for guests to dine and watch the race will be available for just Dh 600, where children up to 12 years old can dine for Dh 300. The seating is strictly on a first come first serve basis.

Experience the horses up close at The Premium area, which offers a trackside view and seating near to the Parade Ring for Dh 1,500 per person and Dh 750 for children. Also, Dubai Racing Club offers premium dining in the Monterosso Suite, starting from Dh 2,550 per adult, while the Winner’s Circle Restaurant, offering a tiered view of the action, starts at Dh 3,600 per person.
There are also several VIP restaurant options, with packages priced at Dh 4000 in Paddock View and Dh 5,750 in the Dubai Lounge, while the ultra-exclusive Royal Enclosure – a new addition to the portfolio this season — is priced at Dh 10,000 per person.
