The two-day celebration of Dubai’s counter-culture will take place on November 4 and 5.

Break the Block

‘Break the Block’, an upcoming street food block party that celebrates Dubai’s counter-culture through food, music, and creative freestyle performances, will be held at Dubai Design District (d3) this November.

The two-night event was announced by Dubai Design District (d3) back in April, but it was cancelled after HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan passed away.

The unique street food block party is produced by Brag, in partnership with d3 and Dubai Calendar. Visitors can expect an array of incredible musical acts with sensational artistic displays and delicious food experiences.

Taking place on November 4 and 5, “Break the Block” will take over The Block at d3 and transform it into a vibrant space bringing to life a musical wonderland filled with live entertainment and performances as well as exciting experiences for foodies to celebrate Dubai’s street culture.

Food that you can expect

Visitors will be able to tuck into street food created by the event’s hand-selected vendors. From creative takes on burgers and pizza to delicious discoveries in Asian cuisine, Mexican food, coffee and desserts, the culinary journey at ‘Break the Block’ promises to be memorable.
