The Pointe in Dubai is hosting a three-day music festival, called Recognising Emerging Local Musicians (RELM FEST).
The iconic waterfront destination, located in the man-made island – Palm Jumeirah is one of the most popular instagrammable spot in Dubai.
The Palm Fountain, at the Pointe is the world’s largest fountain, and this October 22 marks two years since it broke the Guinness World Record. To celebrate the occasion, the Pointe by Nakheel is hosting a one-of-a-kind free event – RELM Fest.

The Pointe launches Recognizing Emerging Local Musicians (RELM), a new platform to support emerging musicians in the region and take their career to the next level.
The event is launched in partnership with TikTok, the leading destination for short-form mobile video and Anghami, the leading music and entertainment streaming platform in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).
Taking place from Friday, 21 October to Sunday, 23 October, the RELM fest will feature a dynamic line-up of artists such as Iraqi-Belgian singer and songwriter, Sandra Sahi, Syrian composer, singer and the first female Qanun player in Dubai, Nagham Debal, the famous Emirati singer and songwriter, Hamdan Al Abri (also known as Abri), French Lebanese singer and performer, Lea Makhoul, and Palestinian singer and songwriter, Noel Kharman.
RELM Fest will also feature non-stop music, the debut of 5 new fountain shows, live performances, exclusive dining options, a spectacular firework display and much more.
The five artists will also take to the stage to perform a medley of their newly released hits. Each act’s music will be synchronized to The Palm Fountain in addition to performing amid the scenic backdrop.
The highly anticipated festival is also set to host key headliners and DJs from the region. The program will also feature bespoke video content, increased visibility across playlists with TikTok and Anghami, and organized workshops to help artists’ leverage key platforms to grow their careers and online presence.
