Dubai Garden Glow is back for its sparkling eighth edition! The family-friendly attraction reopened to the public on September 12 with the theme “Glowing Safari”.
Situated at Zabeel Park, the neon park is celebrating its eighth season this year, and you’ll find all your favourite attractions such as Glow Park, Dinosaur Park, Ice Park, Magic Park and Art Park.
Launched in 2015, the park has become a much-loved attraction in the city, and it promotes environmental sustainability through the use of energy-saving lightbulbs.
What to expect at Dubai Garden Glow
Dubai Garden Glow is spanned across 40 acres of land, the park features a number of installations crafted using lights.
The theme ‘Glowing Safari’ allows visitors to wander through brightly-lit animal sculptures, focusing on wildlife and environmental preservation. The current edition of the park showcases an array of attractions created using more than 100 million energy-saving light bulbs.
A major draw of the park is the floating aquatic life installation which features a giant jellyfish glistening in the sky as its reflection twinkles in the lake.
Attractions at Dubai Garden Glow
Glow Park
Glow Park features a number of bright displays fashioned with handmade lights and promises to transport its visitors into a neon wonderland.
Adding to the ethereal vibe is a colourful flower valley with moving blossoms and a glittering butterfly trail that uses 10 million energy-saving bulbs.
Dinosaur Park
Dinosaur Park takes you to the Jurassic era with their life-sized figures of dinosaurs. The park features more than 100 animatronic dinosaurs. The park also includes an interactive Dinosaur Lab and Dinosaur Museum, which makes it the perfect adventure spot for kids.
The Dinosaur Lab visitors the opportunity to wander through three periods – the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous – and take in the glowing figures of the prehistoric creatures. Be prepared for some of these creatures to move and roar, so you might want to brace yourself (or at least the children).
The Dinosaur Museum introduces visitors to replicas of fossils and dinosaur skeletons.
The Garden Glow ticket includes access to Dinosaur Park.
Art Park
Tag lined, ‘What a Wonderful World,’ Art Park is made up of 100% recycled products which include porcelain, glass vials, plastic dishes, bottles and CDs, an initiative by the Dubai Municipality. As part of the program, the authority wishes to convey a message of nature conservation to tourists and residents, using the theme “Back to Nature”.
The Art Park contains various installations and life-size depictions of animals and other structures. Every installation here is awe-inspiring, whether it’s the re-creation of wildlife, such as pandas and peacocks or the replica of the iconic Burj Khalifa.
Magic Park
Magic Park uses geometric forms and visual art to create optical illusions. With over 25 fun exhibits and 3D artworks, and some light and music, this place will offer you a unique unforgettable experience.
Don’t forget to keep your phone fully charged before heading there, as it is an excellent spot for great photo opportunities.
Visitors have to buy a separate ticket to enter Magic Park.

Ticket info and park timings
The Dubai Glow Garden charges 70 AED including the 5% VAT Per Person. It includes entry to Garden Glow and Dinosaur Park.
For entry to the Magic Park, an additional fee of AED 45 is required.
Timings: Dubai Garden Glow is open every:
- Sunday to Friday: 5PM to 11PM.
- Saturdays and National Holidays: 5PM to 12 Midnight.
