By October 2024, Louvre Abu Dhabi will host significant loans from the Musée d’Orsay in Paris, featuring masterpieces by the legendary Vincent Van Gogh.

Among these iconic works is Van Gogh’s renowned painting, “The Bedroom,” portraying his living quarters in the ‘Yellow House’ in Arles, France, serving also as his studio. This masterpiece will grace the walls of Louvre Abu Dhabi for a limited four-month period, urging you to seize the opportunity and witness its brilliance firsthand.

Besides this unmissable masterpiece, you will also spot two masterpieces from the Arab world by Egyptian artist Georges Hanna Sabbagh: The Artist and his Family at La Clarté (1920) and The Family; The Sabbagh in Paris (1921).

If you’re a fan of Leonardo da Vinci and haven’t yet had the chance to admire “Saint John the Baptist,” seize the moment. This renowned masterpiece found a temporary residence at Louvre Abu Dhabi in November 2022. While it graced the museum’s permanent collection, it’s set to return home this year, making now the perfect time to experience its brilliance.

The architecture of Louvre Abu Dhabi stands out as truly unique – akin to a pristine white canvas. Now, the team is elevating the museum’s artistic vision by reintroducing the White Canvas project, pushing boundaries and exploring new horizons.
