Places to visit in Dubai:
1. The Green Planet
The Green Planet is Dubai’s indoor rain forest. Located in City Walk, the city’s tropical forest has more than 3,000 plants and animals and the world’s largest man-made and life-sustaining indoor tree.
The enchanting bio-dome with its exotic flora and fauna is the perfect spot to visit with families and kids and also has many fun events like swimming with piranhas, thunderstorm at the Green Planet, picnic brunch and Zookeeper for the day.
The bio-dome is comprised of four levels: the Canopy, the Midstory, the Forest Floor and the Flooded Rainforest. Visitors get to experience a series of adventures starting from a freshwater Amazon aquarium at the base of the biome to the aviaries 30metres above and then via the high speed lifts to the top of the Kapok tree.
The Ticket fare for entry is AED 110 if you purchase online and AED 140 if you purchase at the gate. Infants below 2 years are free to enter. There is 4-hours free car parking.
Spend overnight at the Tropical Rainforest in Dubai
The Green Planet also offer overnight summer camps (from 7:00pm in the night to 8:00am next day morning), spending the night in one of the Green Planet’s comfy bedded tents listening to birds soft coos and songs, at the middle of a tropical rainforest which is home to over 3000 plants and animals. Sounds exciting, isn’t it?
The ticket fare for overnight camping at The Green Planet starts from AED 700.

2. Chillout Ice Lounge
Check out this Middle East’s first subzero Lounge and is a unique spellbinding venue with complete ice sculptures, ice chandeliers, ice seating and tables, and a illuminated interior. The complementary drinks are offered in ice glasses.
The diffused illumination changes its colors at regular intervals and it filters through clear crystal blocks of ice giving you a best visual treat.
Located in Times Square Mall, A Quoz in Dubai, this is a must visit coolest spot to escape from the 50-degree hot temperatures and get to experience the chills and thrills at -6 degree. You will be given thermal clothing upon arrival to keep you warm in the cold .

3. 3D World Selfie Museum Dubai
3D World Selfie Museum Dubai is the largest 3D museum in the world. It is also the first 3D Selfie Museum in the Middle East.
It features over 185 3D reality-defying artworks bringing you more closer to art through the use of hand painted ‘Trick-Art’ paintings and optical illusions.
The museum has nine different zones, each one with different theme. Visitors can interact with these creative artworks, pose and take pictures. It is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Quoz 3, near the Natuzzi showroom and behind the Mashreq Bank. Noor Bank is the nearest metro station to access it via public transport.
It is open Sunday to Saturday 10:00AM – 8:00PM.
Ticket price – AED 79 per adult and AED 59 for children aged between 3-11 years. Children below 3years is free.
4. Inside Burj Al Arab
Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab is open to the public now for an exclusive 90-minutes tour.
This guided tour takes you on a trip to discover the untold stories of UAE, its culture and how Emiratis welcome guests with hospitality.
The tour includes a visit to the famous hotel atrium and a peek at the Royal suite with its golden marble staircase, its 24-karat gold plated ceilings, walls and TV, the rotating canopy bed and the grand Majilis. The tour ends with a visit at the premium outdoor lounge ‘UMA’ offering an exceptional setting for its guests to take the stunning views of clear azure waters of the Arabian Gulf and serene sunsets. 1. Sky Views Observatory
Sky views Dubai is the latest attraction in Dubai to sweep your feet’s and that promises you the coolest summer experience!
Located on top of the Address Sky view hotel in Downtown Dubai, this architectural magnificence includes three unique experiences for an unforgettable sightseeing adventures – the Observatory, the Glass slide, and the Edge Walk.
Address sky view Hotel is structured into twin towers connected by an architecturally marvelous sky bridge. The observatory gives guests a panoramic glass elevator ride to level 52, from where they can access a spiral staircase to floor 53 for a mesmerizing 46m-long glass walk to the adjacent building. It gives a 360° views of the city from 219.5 metres above Downtown Dubai.
The Glass Slide features a spectacular ride inside a transparent glass slide from level 53 to level 52 of the tower. This glass sky slide is made of 12m-long quadruple-laminated glass sheets. The cost of Observatory and Glass slide together is AED 85 for an adult and AED 60 for a child (Age 4-12).
The Edge Walk is for the risk-takers or the thrill-seekers giving a never-before-experience wherein you get to walk on an outer ledge of the 53rd level encircling the skyscraper’s highest pod. Guests are provided with safety harness. This daring adventure along with the breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa is going to pump your adrenaline to the highest level! The cost of Edge Walk is AED 714 per adult.
2. Dubai Ice Rink
Enjoy skating at the sensational Olympic-sized Ice Rink located at the biggest mall in Dubai.
Located on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall, between the waterfall atrium and the souk, is the most coolest leisure spot in Dubai.
Kids above 4years are eligible for skating. Skating aids can be hired for your skating session. It can be either a seal, a penguin or a snowman based on your height. It is available for both kids and adults.
Open from 10Am-10PM on weekdays and from 10Am-12AM on weekends.
The price of ice skating sessions for 30-minutes starts from AED 85 (off-peak) to AED 110 (peak). However if you book as a group of 15 persons or more, you can avail 20% discount. There are also DJ skating sessions which includes snowfall and disco which costs AED125.

3. iFly Dubai
This is Dubai’s indoor Skydiving center which is also the first indoor skydiving center to ever open in Dubai.
Located in City Center, Mirdiff in Dubai, this indoor gravity-defying fun is make your eternal dream to fly come true. You don’t have to worry about jumping from a cliff or from a nerve-cracking heights and its extremely safe.
After a 20minutes brief session on safety procedures and putting on a flight jumpsuit, helmet, socks & googles, you are guided to a 10 meter high vertical glass wind tunnel having two giant fans of 400 horsepower each beneath you, that generates air upwards with a wind capacity of approximately 200kmph . The sudden blast of air gives you a feeling of weightlessness and it rushes up your adrenalin, and you start floating in the air. You can also do spins and flips once the instructor advices to make your experience more exhilarating.

4. The Storm Coaster – Dubai Hills Mall
The newly opened Dubai Hills Mall in Dubai is home to fastest indoor roller coaster. ‘The Storm Coaster’ is first of its indoor roller coaster having a 50meters vertical launch, that immerses riders in the thrilling world of storm chasers.
The riders will encounter airtime, speed changes, abrupt drops and unexpected accelerations on a total of 670 meters of track with a top speed of 77km/hr. Calling out all adrenalin junkies, this coaster is a “multivehicle inversion coaster wrapping its way throughout the entire building”.
