Fitness Convention
The Middle East’s largest yearly fitness and wellness expo is coming back to Dubai from November 24 to 26, 2023. It will feature three distinct exhibitions: Dubai Muscle Show, Dubai Active, and Dubai Active Industry, showcasing the best in the fitness industry.
The convention is set to return to the World Trade Centre for the seventh time, marking its ongoing success since its inaugural showcase.
This event, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, will showcase a fantastic lineup of fitness and wellness talent.
The lineup features current Mr. Olympia, Chris Bumstead, as well as renowned fitness trainers Kayla Itsines, Krissy Cela, and Kelsey Wells.
James Smith, a two-time bestselling author, motivational speaker, and the world’s fastest-growing online personal trainer, is returning by popular demand. He will be joined by Chris Williamson as they take the lead at Dubai Active.

Apart from the world-renowned experts, there are also impressive activities. The showcase will have over 400 exhibitors from 40 countries, representing top sports nutrition, fitness, wellness, and bodybuilding brands, making it the largest gathering so far.
Visitors can also enjoy a diverse schedule of group workout classes throughout the three days, featuring 600 athletes and fitness influencers.
There are more enjoyable activities to look forward to, including inspirational and informative talks, opportunities to meet some of the biggest names in the fitness industry, and the chance to witness thrilling competitions like the Dubai Muscle Classic, WODXB Functional Fitness, and Calisthenics, which is the largest bodybuilding competition in the Middle East.
